About the role
Lead development of utility-scale Solar PV, Wind and BESS projects through all development stages until RTB and start of construction. Responsibilities include project documentation and reporting, opportunity assessment, feasibility and yield studies, stakeholder and landowner engagement, permitting coordination, grid connection strategy, negotiations with DSOs and TSOs, and technical concept development for renewable plants, substations and grid infrastructure. Requirements include a relevant degree, proven experience in utility-scale Solar PV, Wind and/or BESS development in Germany, TSO-level grid connection experience, support for project financing and M&A, strong knowledge of German permitting and grid processes, stakeholder management experience, strong commercial and negotiation skills, and fluency in German and English.
