RWE Renewables Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Head of Project Engineering Australia to lead regional engineering across onshore wind, solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and hybrid projects. The role is accountable for engineering and technical delivery across the project lifecycle, from development and construction through to commercial operation. It involves leading the regional Project Engineering team and partnering with Development, Grid, Procurement and Construction to deliver technical, schedule and cost outcomes. Responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary engineering workstreams, overseeing concept and execution engineering, preparing scopes of work and technical specifications, supporting permitting and grid connection, and contributing to technical due diligence, supplier evaluation and contracting. The position requires extensive project engineering experience in renewable energy, with onshore wind experience highly desirable.
