RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a full-time, permanent Project M&A Utility-scale Associate in Chicago, Illinois. The role supports the company’s growth strategy through acquisition and monetization of utility-scale onshore wind, solar, and storage assets and portfolios across the U.S. and Canada. Responsibilities include supporting transaction execution for acquisitions and divestments, assisting with internal approval processes, building and maintaining financial models, coordinating with internal teams and external counterparties, preparing presentation materials and analyses, conducting market research, improving processes, and maintaining transaction documentation and data organization. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of relevant professional experience, strong financial modeling and presentation skills, and foundational understanding of renewable energy project economics and valuation concepts.
