RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking a Senior Category Manager - Vessels for its offshore vessel category procurement team. The role involves developing procurement strategies for global offshore projects, preparing RFI and RFQ documentation for EPCI, transport and installation, and decommissioning requirements, evaluating responses on a total cost of ownership basis, leading commercial and legal negotiations, monitoring market developments, building supplier relationships, and coaching junior team members. The position requires significant procurement, commercial management or contract management experience, experience sourcing and negotiating high-value, high-risk contracts, strong commercial risk assessment skills, and highly proficient written and spoken English. Experience in offshore wind or offshore construction and knowledge of BIMCO, FIDIC and LOGIC contracting forms are advantageous. National Security Vetting at SC level may be required.
