About the role
UTM Consultants are seeking a HSE Advisor for a 16-month contract in Poland. The role involves providing HSE guidance to managers, supervisors, employees and contractors; supporting hazard identification and control measures; maintaining HSE compliance; promoting safe work practices; supporting client management systems; and contributing to risk management, audits, incident investigations, reporting, and HSE meetings. The position is based onshore in Warsaw with occasional site visits and may include hybrid working. Requirements include English language skills, relevant academic or technical background, at least 3 years of HSE experience ideally from onshore renewables or offshore windfarm construction, strong communication and presentation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, knowledge of Synergi being an advantage, good organisation, root cause analysis and incident investigation knowledge, and a completed NEBOSH Level 3 or similar recognised HSE qualification.
