Senior Engineer I, Electrical Projects role with RWE Americas, LLC. Full-time, permanent, office-based position supporting electrical systems design for onshore wind, solar, and storage projects in development. Responsibilities include balance of plant design, pre-construction and construction support, grid code compliance, major equipment specification, power system modeling and studies, coordination with consultants and internal stakeholders, and support for electrical engineering standards. Requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and at least 6 years of professional experience in electrical engineering; experience in transmission, substation, collection and distribution design, power system studies, and system protection and control is needed. Renewable generation project design experience is preferred. Office-based role with some travel and visits to offices and field locations. US work authorization is required.
