Tiger Team Technician II role supporting regional wind farm operations and maintenance. Responsibilities include generator bearing exchange, gearbox repairs, pitch ram and yaw drive exchange, troubleshooting, training, safety exercises, turbine maintenance, software updates, and support for acceptance and performance testing. The role involves daily climbing of wind towers, transporting equipment and materials, monitoring contractors, maintaining tools and records, and traveling up to 50% of the time. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred associate degree in Wind School and/or Mechanical degree, preferred GWO certification, at least 4 years of experience in Wind, Solar, and BESS or a technical degree/licensed electrician background, an unrestricted driver license, and strong technical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
