Responsibilities include testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar PV electrical equipment; performing civil, mechanical, and electrical inspections and repairs; completing LOTO, JSA, and Permit to Work documentation; supporting substation, switchyard, tracker, and inverter maintenance; monitoring contractors; collecting data and preparing reports; and responding to emergent operating issues. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a current Journeyman and/or Master Electrician license in Massachusetts, an unrestricted driver license, and at least 6 years of maintenance electrician or related power generation maintenance experience. NABCEP certification or an electrical license, renewable energy experience, first aid/CPR/AED, and OSHA certification are preferred or required as listed.
