Established international wind energy company seeking a Wind Technical Specialist to improve turbine reliability, reduce recurring failures, and strengthen technical performance across in-country operations. The role involves reviewing turbine alarms, SCADA data, and downtime trends; prioritizing technical issues; leading root cause investigations; managing major-component cases; coordinating with engineering support teams; translating recommendations into work scopes; tracking corrective actions; and supporting fleet-wide inspection, repair, and technical improvement programs. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in wind turbine service, commissioning, troubleshooting, or technical support, along with strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Experience with SCADA and structured root cause analysis methods is preferred.
