HSE Coordinator – Onshore Wind Construction in Finland. Contract/freelance role supporting a major renewable energy developer across a long-term onshore wind construction portfolio. The position involves site-based HSE coordination, safety walks, documentation follow-up, contractor engagement, risk management, monthly reporting, and supporting safe construction activities in line with project requirements and legislation. Requirements include strong construction-phase HSE experience, ideally in onshore wind, renewable energy, grid, civil works or infrastructure, knowledge of RAMS, WMS, HSE inspections and site safety reporting, fluency in Finnish and English, and GWO certification preferred.
