RWE Offshore Wind Netherlands B.V. is hiring a full-time, permanent Operations Engineer WTG for the OranjeWind offshore wind farm in Den Helder, Netherlands. The role sits within the Operations & Maintenance team and focuses on safe, reliable and efficient turbine operations, acting as the technical interface between OranjeWind and the main WTG contractor. Responsibilities include supporting handover from construction to operations, managing service and maintenance follow-up, monitoring maintenance and performance data, supporting root cause analysis and reliability improvements, contributing to reporting, and supporting incident investigations and HSE improvements. Relevant technical education or equivalent experience is required, along with strong understanding of turbine maintenance data, contractor management, configuration control, HSE principles, and analytical skills in Excel, MATLAB and Python.
