RWE is hiring an Analyst, Commercial Analysis in Austin, TX. The role supports Commercial Analysis Americas by analyzing power markets and project economics to inform investment and commercial decisions for solar, wind, battery, and flexible generation projects. Responsibilities include evaluating U.S. power markets, market trends, project risks, offtake structures, auction participation, and RfP bids; developing market views and price forecasts; translating complex data into insights for stakeholders; and building analytical tools and models using Python, Excel, SQL, and AI. The position requires understanding of power markets or renewable energy economics, strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis tools, and a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field. Salary range is $100,000–$150,000.
