RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a full-time, permanent Wind Farm Technician Associate in Roscoe, Texas. The role supports operations and maintenance across one or more wind farms, including scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, repair activities, training, and safety exercises. Responsibilities include maintaining plant tools, equipment, and vehicles, providing technical support to the O&M team, tracking service records in the maintenance management system, assisting with turbine maintenance, and supporting Balance of Plant procedures such as substation and collection system maintenance. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred technical education, at least 2 years of experience in operations and/or maintenance in power generation, transmission or distribution, and the ability to work with electromechanical systems and electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings.
