Senior Authorised Person 66kV required for a major offshore wind farm developer based in the United Kingdom. Responsibilities include managing electrical issues in accordance with local legislation and regulations, leading transmission specialist teams across offshore and onshore work scopes, managing rota plans, improving high voltage site instructions, implementing Electrical Safety Rules, advising on high voltage installations for WTG, offshore substations, submarine and onshore cables, overseeing commissioning of grid connections and substations, coordinating MV/HV/LV commissioning activities, planning switching activities, controlling safety documents, defining electrical safety procedures, and reviewing the high voltage scope of work. Requirements include several years of high voltage operation and commissioning experience, offshore experience preferred, appropriate electrical qualification, at least 3 years of experience with onshore substations, and current GWO courses plus HUET with CA-EBS if required by site.
