Experienced engineering leader required to oversee Grid Control and Operations across a portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy projects. The role involves technical leadership across solar PV, wind, BESS, hybrid power plants, and complex microgrid applications, with responsibility for the full project lifecycle from conceptual design and grid studies through commissioning, operations, and performance optimisation. Key duties include leading grid operations and control strategies, power system studies and grid integration, communication and SCADA architecture, testing and commissioning, and continuous operational improvement. Candidates should have extensive experience in power systems, grid control, or energy infrastructure, strong technical leadership background, and deep knowledge of renewable energy integration, grid stability, inverter-based resources, and power electronics. A master's degree in Power Systems is required.
