About the role
Senior Legal Executive sought for a highly commercial role supporting turbine procurement and broader renewable energy projects. The position involves leading legal support across the full procurement process, negotiating turbine supply, installation, service and related commercial agreements, advising on contractual risk, financial security, liability, warranties and commercial exposure, and managing claims, variations and potential disputes. The role also includes supporting procurement, project, commercial and transaction teams, and helping develop contract management, templates and legal processes. The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with 8–10+ years' post-qualified experience, a strong background in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure or construction, proven turbine procurement or wind energy contracting experience, experience with EPC, FIDIC, supply, construction, O&M or LTSA agreements, strong commercial negotiation and contractual risk management skills, and international multi-jurisdictional experience.
