Director of Tax Planning, Audits, and Risk Management for Avangrid. Responsibilities include supporting corporate development and business transactions, leading merger, acquisition, and disposition work, supporting renewable and network project investments, coordinating tax audits, maintaining tax models, assessing uncertain tax positions, monitoring legislative and regulatory developments, leading annual transfer pricing for US operations, and coordinating accurate tax reporting and provision/return processes. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Master's in taxation, a law degree, CPA, and experience in the energy industry or a highly regulated business are preferred.
