Year in Industry Operations Engineering placement at Rampion Offshore Windfarm with RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. Full-time, fixed-term role for 13 months in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week onsite in Newhaven and the rest from home. The role covers offshore wind farm operations, safety management and reporting, stakeholder coordination, turbine fault analysis, operational risk documentation, site fault reporting, work planning, technical decision-making, and a continuous improvement project involving budget, contract and contractor management. Applicants should be studying Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline and be eligible for a year-in-industry placement. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, and willingness to travel to other sites are required.
