Role Summary Owns the generation, synthesis, and translation of market and competitor insights into actionable inputs for C-level, Product and Sales teams. Key Responsibilities Own and integrate market intelligence outputs, including AI-supported analyses Validate, interpret, and contextualize AI-generated insights using business judgment Translate market and competitive signals into clear strategic decisions Prepare concise, high-quality reports and briefings for C-level and senior leadership Identify gaps, biases, or inconsistencies in market insights and drive continuous improvement Interface closely with Business Unit Wind, Service and Regional Sales to ensure clear communication and gather feedback for continuous improvement Actively challenge assumptions and support strategic prioritization and portfolio decisionsCandidate Prerequisites 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, market intelligence, or strategy-related role Experience within the energy / renewables landscape strongly preferred Experience supporting strategic or investment decision-making Strong ability to synthesize insights and communicate to senior stakeholders Ability to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders Exposure to commercial or customer-facing environments Experience working with AI-supported analytics or advanced data tools English: fluent (required) Candidate Prerequisites 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, market intelligence, or strategy-related roles Experience within the energy / renewables landscape strongly preferred Experience supporting strategic or investment decision-making Strong ability to synthesize insights and communicate to senior stakeholders Ability to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders Exposure to commercial or customer-facing environments Experience working with AI-supported analytics or advanced data tools English: fluent (required) Your Benefits Entitlement to 30 days of paid annual leave Flexible working hours through suitable working time models Childcare options available at the Wirbelwind daycare center Ample parking spaces and a range of charging stations for electric vehicles on the company premises A variety of lunch options in the on-site company canteen Internal and external training and development opportunities through the ENERCON Academy Comprehensive company pension scheme Private occupational disability insurance on special terms Exciting and varied tasks in the green growth industry of wind energy Contact Details Meike Lübben shown after sign-in (DEU (+49)) shown after sign-in ONE ENERCON – FOR EVERYONE We stand for openness and inclusion.
