Electrical Site Manager role for a major Spanish EPC contractor with a portfolio of more than 300 MW of PV projects and growth plans in the Spanish market. Based in Aragón or Catalonia, with flexible and hybrid work. Responsibilities include coordinating PV plant construction, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met, controlling budget deviations, supervising contracts, managing risks, maintaining quality assurance, and handling document and cost control. The role also involves organizing site visits and meetings. Candidates should have more than 3 years of relevant experience in PV project construction, experience in environmental aspects and in planning and construction of plants, and be willing to work as part of a dynamic team. Travel and site visits are required.
