RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking a full-time, permanent High Voltage Manager to oversee the high voltage infrastructure of solar, BESS and onshore wind farms. The role carries asset and contractor management responsibilities for allocated sites, including planning, implementation and reporting of HV activities with a focus on HSE and production. The position acts as the main interface with Distribution Network Operators, National Grid and internal site managers, and supports construction and development on HV network topics. Responsibilities include managing HSE for HV apparatus and personnel, reviewing contractor documentation, preparing and implementing HV O&M plans, conducting safety audits, managing maintenance contractors, supporting HV system designs and modifications, and assisting with tendering activities. Requirements include a technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, experience in the energy industry with HV systems, a relevant Health & Safety qualification, training in CMMS and SAP PM/MM, and strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
