The position involves supervising substation and transformer construction activities, coordinating contractors, monitoring quality, progress, QA/QC and HSE, managing interfaces across civil, foundations, e-BoP, substation, transformer, OHL and turbine scopes, and supporting project delivery. Degree in electrical engineering or related discipline required, along with strong experience in substation, transformer or grid infrastructure works, onshore wind or major electrical infrastructure projects, and fluency in Finnish and English.
