SCADA LCM Engineer required for a major offshore wind farm developer based in Denmark. Responsibilities include lifecycle management upgrades across multiple wind farm projects covering software, firmware, infrastructure, and control systems. The role supports installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting on-site across UK and Central Europe wind farms, working directly on WTG SCADA platforms to implement upgrades and resolve issues. Duties include deploying and configuring servers, virtualisation environments, and industrial and enterprise networks; carrying out basic electrical work such as panel building, wiring, and field integration support; executing patching, upgrades, and system hardening in line with OT and cybersecurity requirements; participating in FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities; and producing technical drawings, operational documentation, and handover packages to operations. Requirements include strong practical knowledge of servers and operating systems, virtualisation technologies, and networking in industrial and IT/OT environments; proven experience in LCM activities, upgrades, and commissioning work in operational environments; basic electrical competence; valid GWO certifications; ability to work independently in lab and field environments; experience in multi-vendor setups with OEMs and suppliers; and a practical focus on execution, troubleshooting, and delivery.
