RWE Americas is seeking a full-time, permanent Blade Repair Services Technician II in Texas. The role involves climbing wind towers and accessing wind turbines to perform composite blade repair and maintenance, supporting blade access operations, assisting with equipment mobilization, and performing wind farm-related tasks. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 4 years of experience in operations and/or maintenance in power generation, transmission, and/or distribution, and experience with blade damage assessment and repair. GWO certification is preferred. The position requires physical fitness for wind turbine work, an unrestricted driver’s license, willingness to obtain a CDL if requested, and the ability to travel extensively and work in varied weather conditions.
