Blade Repair Services Technician II role with RWE Americas, LLC. Full-time, permanent position supporting wind turbine blade repair and maintenance activities, including climbing wind towers, composite repairs, equipment handling, blade access platform support, and major component replacement focused on blades. Requires at least 4 years of experience in operations and/or maintenance in power generation, transmission, and/or distribution, along with blade damage assessment and repair experience. GWO certification is preferred. Travel up to 100% is required, with work across multiple sites and in varying weather conditions.
