RWE Americas is seeking a full-time, permanent Blade Repair Services Technician Associate to support inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance for its North American wind turbine fleet. Responsibilities include climbing wind towers, performing composite repair and maintenance tasks, supporting blade access operations, assisting with equipment mobilization, and carrying out blade replacement and other wind farm-related duties. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, experience in blade damage assessment and repair, knowledge of wind turbine blade construction and composite materials, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills. GWO certification is preferred.
