TSA Supervisor – Onshore Wind Location: Finland Contract Type: Contract / Freelance Sector: Onshore Wind Start Date: To be confirmed Duration: Long-term project assignment Languages: Finnish and English preferred TGRC is supporting a major renewable energy developer with anticipated contract requirements across a large onshore wind construction portfolio in Finland. The role is site-based and focused on turbine delivery, installation, erection, commissioning, and interface management between TSA and BoP contractors. The TSA Supervisor will oversee turbine delivery and installation activities on site, working closely with the site manager, construction project manager, turbine supplier, BoP contractors, and wider project team. Responsibilities include supervising turbine works, monitoring contractor performance, supporting inspections, managing interfaces, tracking progress and milestones, attending site meetings and inspections, monitoring HSE performance, documenting issues affecting schedule or claims, supporting risk mitigation, assisting with turbine documentation, preparing progress reports, and supporting handover. Requirements include degree-level qualifications in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline preferred; strong onshore wind turbine delivery, erection, installation, or commissioning supervision experience; understanding of TSA contracts, BoP interfaces, and turbine construction sequencing; HSE knowledge; ability to interpret technical documentation; strong planning and reporting skills; commercial awareness; and experience with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Finnish and English language capability is preferred.
