Project HSE Manager - Development & Construction (Japan) at RWE Renewables Japan G.K. Full-time, permanent role responsible for overall HSE performance on a major offshore wind project across development, construction, and handover to operations. Leads the project HSE team, provides HSE governance, ensures compliance with Japanese HSE laws and environmental regulations, manages contractor performance, and serves as the main contact for Japanese authorities. Requires a degree in a related field, NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, strong knowledge of Japanese HSE legislation, and at least 5 years of HSE experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or offshore/energy projects. Fluent Japanese and English required.
