About the role
The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager for a major Spanish-capital EPC contractor. The client has a portfolio of more than 300 MW of solar PV projects and ambitious growth plans in the Spanish market. The position is based in Aragon or Catalonia and offers flexibility and hybrid work. Responsibilities include coordinating the construction of the PV plant, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met, controlling budget and deviations, overseeing contracts, managing risks, ensuring quality assurance, and controlling documents and costs. The role also includes organizing site visits and meetings, while supporting community engagement at each stage of the project. Candidate requirements include more than 3 years of relevant experience in the construction of PV projects, experience in environmental aspects and in the planning and construction of plants, and willingness to work as part of a dynamic team while maintaining a positive work environment for all stakeholders. Willingness to travel and conduct site visits is required.
