RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Indirect Procurement & Procurement Support. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across indirect category management, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, procurement systems, processes, analytics, governance, and compliance. It leads managers and senior managers, partners with senior stakeholders to translate growth plans into procurement strategies, and supports scalable, efficient, and compliant procurement practices across the business. Responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide category strategies, driving competitive sourcing and negotiations, strengthening supplier relationship management, overseeing procurement support and S2P process optimization, defining and monitoring procurement KPIs, representing Procurement in strategic initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and leading change management and team capability-building. Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 11+ years of relevant procurement experience with substantial indirect procurement/category management experience, and at least 5 years leading teams or functions. Experience in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, construction, or another capital-intensive industry is preferred.
