The role supports operations and maintenance activities across wind farms and related renewable energy facilities, including scheduled maintenance, basic troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, documentation, and safety-focused teamwork. The position includes on-call coverage, adherence to EHS procedures, and work with wind, solar, and battery energy storage systems. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant technical or renewable energy training and experience in renewable energy or power generation maintenance preferred. An unrestricted driver’s license is required, along with the ability to meet physical requirements for tower climbing and field work.
