Civil Works Supervisor – Onshore Wind in Finland. Contract / freelance role supporting a major renewable energy developer across an onshore wind construction portfolio. The position involves supervising civil construction activities on site, managing contractor interfaces, monitoring quality and progress, and supporting delivery of civil BoP works including roads, hardstands, earthworks, foundations, substation civil works and related infrastructure. The role requires coordination with the site manager, construction project manager, contractors and the wider project team, as well as review of construction documentation, participation in meetings and support with technical reviews and site observations. Candidates should have a civil engineering degree or related discipline, strong experience supervising civil construction on wind farms or comparable infrastructure projects, knowledge of QA/QC and HSE expectations, and fluency in Finnish and English. Experience with substation civil works, cable routes, earthworks or construction inspections is advantageous.
