A leading luxury yachting company is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Charter Management to lead its USA Charter Management team. This senior leadership role is responsible for commercial performance, team leadership, owner relationships, fleet growth, and continued development of an established USA charter management operation within a global Charter Management function. Key responsibilities include leading and developing the USA Charter Management team, overseeing regional revenue, profitability, fleet growth, and KPIs, executing the USA business plan, driving growth and retention of the Central Agency charter fleet, identifying opportunities to acquire and onboard new yachts, maintaining strong relationships with owners, captains, brokers, and industry contacts, overseeing yacht performance, pricing, positioning, and charter strategy, monitoring market trends and client demand, managing budgets and financial reporting, collaborating with global teams, representing the company at yacht shows and industry events, and acting as a senior point of contact for complex owner and Charter Management matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury yacht Charter Management, proven leadership and team management experience, strong commercial and financial understanding, experience managing revenue, KPIs, budgets, and forecasts, strong owner, client, broker, and industry relationships, knowledge of the international charter market, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a global structure. Travel will be required.
