RWE Offshore Wind GmbH is hiring a Lead VEFK responsible for the overall electrical leadership of offshore operations in continental Europe. The role covers governance, standardization, reporting, and the safe, compliant, and economic operation of electrical assets across multiple offshore wind farms, including high- and medium-voltage systems such as transformers, switchgear, and cables. Responsibilities include developing maintenance strategies, leading and mentoring local electrical specialists, managing audits, and working with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires an electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualification, several years of experience in a responsible electrical function, strong knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, experience with offshore wind operations and substations preferred, and willingness to travel within continental Europe and work offshore occasionally. Active SC security clearance may be required.
