About the role
Electrical Site Manager for a major Spanish-capital EPC contractor with a portfolio of more than 300 MW of solar PV projects and growth plans in the Spanish market. The position is based in Aragón or Catalonia with flexible and hybrid working. Responsibilities include coordinating PV plant construction, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met, managing budget and deviations, overseeing contracts, risk management, quality assurance, document control and cost control, and organizing site visits and meetings while supporting community engagement. Requirements include more than 3 years of relevant experience in PV project construction, experience in environmental aspects and in the planning and construction of plants, a proactive attitude, and availability to travel and carry out site visits.
