About the role
RWE Americas, LLC is hiring a Sr HSSE Operations & Project Execution Associate on a full-time, permanent basis. The role supports HSSE management systems, processes, and programs across development projects, execution sites, and operations, with responsibility for compliance, investigations, root cause analysis, reporting, corrective actions, performance metrics, audits, inspections, and HSSE training. The position requires frequent domestic travel, primarily field-based work, and support for multiple office and field sites. Experience in operations, maintenance, or construction of wind, solar, or battery power generation facilities is required, along with knowledge of OSHA, EPA, CPUC, and related safety and environmental regulations. The role may involve hazardous conditions, confined spaces, working at height, and bloodborne pathogen exposure, and requires First Aid, CPR, and AED certification if climbing is required.
