Faststream are recruiting for a Director of Container Shipping Strategy & Growth. This permanent role focuses on leading the growth and development of a key product portfolio through commercial strategy, market development and customer engagement. Responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, leading go-to-market initiatives, managing commercial positioning and pricing, working with cross-functional teams to enhance customer solutions, building strategic relationships, and driving product adoption, customer retention and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background within maritime, logistics, supply chain, technology or related B2B sectors, with experience growing products, services or business lines, working with senior stakeholders, and translating market needs into commercially successful solutions.
