RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking an Operations Engineer with a mechanical bias to support the Engineering department at Gwynt Y Mor Offshore Windfarm, based at the Port of Mostyn. The role reports to the Windfarms Engineering Manager and supports offshore wind farm operations, including technical leadership for WTG structures, drivetrain, blades, and associated onshore facilities. Responsibilities include developing and managing inspection and maintenance campaigns, ensuring engineering compliance, assessing and implementing plant modifications, supporting Offshore JUV operations, and producing technical documentation, RAMS, and quality assurance procedures. The role requires a degree-qualified engineer with experience in power generation, offshore wind, or heavy industry, along with strong mechanical engineering, project management, contract management, budget control, and stakeholder management skills. National Security vetting to SC level may be required.
