HSE Advisor with solar or renewables experience required for contract roles on utility-scale solar PV projects across the UK. The role involves providing site-based health, safety and environmental support to project teams and subcontractors on large construction sites. Responsibilities include HSE support, inspections, audits, safety observations, review of risk assessments, method statements and lift plans, incident and near-miss investigations, corrective action tracking, site inductions, toolbox talks, safety briefings, and monitoring environmental controls, ecology constraints and permit conditions. Experience and qualifications include HSE experience on solar, renewables or construction projects, NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, IOSH membership, knowledge of CDM 2015 and UK HSE legislation, incident investigation training, and a full UK driving licence.
