Wind Farm Technician Associate role with RWE Americas in Sebastian, Texas. Full-time, permanent Operations & Maintenance position supporting one or more wind farms and related facilities. Responsibilities include safe execution of scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, turbine maintenance, Balance of Plant procedures, testing, technical guidance, and maintaining service records. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred technical education, preferred electrician license, at least 2 years of operations and/or maintenance experience in power generation, transmission, or distribution, and the ability to troubleshoot electromechanical systems and read electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings. Office-based role with some travel and site visits.
