About the role
Onshore Wind Mechanical Technician role supporting project activity in South Korea. The position involves mechanical installation, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning preparation and handover activities on wind turbines, including work on gearboxes, drivetrains, main bearings, yaw systems, pitch systems, hydraulic systems and auxiliary equipment. The role requires strong mechanical skills, experience with rotating equipment or wind turbines, and the ability to work at height and in challenging site environments. GWO Basic Safety Training and related safety awareness are preferred. Contract position with duration, rotation and mobilisation date to be confirmed. Competitive contract rate depending on experience and project requirements.
