Teamlead (m/f/d) blade repair. Permanent employment contract, attractive salary, meal allowances for activities abroad and longer rotations, and company fitness program. Responsibilities include repair and maintenance work on rotor blades via rope access, inspecting blade surfaces inside and बाहर, dividing work tasks, coordinating with back-office colleagues, documenting work, and leading a team of up to 3 colleagues. Requirements include IRATA/FISAT Level 3 or experienced Level 2, prior leadership experience or general experience in wind energy, preferably valid OEM certifications such as Vestas ESO, ESQ LOTO2 or BTO, vocational training as laminator, painter, boat builder or similar, driving licence class B or higher, willingness to travel, and fluent English.
