RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is offering a full-time, fixed-term 12-month Year in Industry placement in Operations Engineering at Sofia Offshore Windfarm in Grimsby. The role is fully site-based and starts in July 2027. Responsibilities include supporting operational campaigns, readiness activities, warranty defect close-out, end-of-life and life-extension studies, major component exchanges, and day-to-day offshore wind farm operations. Candidates should be studying Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related combined engineering discipline, with strong communication, organizational, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills. The role may require UK National Security Vetting to SC level and at least five years of UK residence.
