Construction Contract Manager role with an international renewable energy company based in Warsaw, supporting delivery of onshore wind, solar PV and battery energy storage projects across Central Europe. The role involves contract administration, claims management, negotiation with contractors and suppliers, review of construction and supply contracts, support for commercial close-out, and coaching project managers on contractual matters. Experience in commercial or contract management on capital-intensive renewable energy or major construction projects is required, along with strong knowledge of construction and supply contracts, claims, variations, notices, and dispute resolution. Familiarity with FIDIC is advantageous. Fluency in English and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Project, are required.
