RWE is seeking a technically strong Grid Modeling Manager to support development, validation, and maintenance of electrical models across a multi-GW renewable energy portfolio. The role includes preparation of ISO/RTO interconnection modeling packages, technical documentation, and support for utility-scale wind, solar, BESS, and gas projects. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing PSS®E-based models, supporting short-circuit and ASPEN One-liner work, reviewing consultant outputs, resolving modeling deficiencies, and tracking evolving grid code and interconnection requirements. The position also involves improving internal modeling standards and mentoring junior engineers.
