Lead PV Planner role with a fast-growing German renewable energy developer specialising in utility-scale Solar PV and Agri-PV, with a growing focus on BESS. The company is expanding its in-house EPC capabilities and has a strong pipeline of projects moving towards construction. Responsibilities include DC and AC planning for utility-scale PV projects, cable routing, electrical layouts and technical documentation, grid connection planning and communication with grid operators, ensuring designs meet VDE and German grid standards, working closely with EPC and construction teams, supporting internal planning processes, and contributing to future BESS projects. The role offers ownership of the PV planning function, close collaboration with senior management, and progression toward Team Lead or Head of Planning.
