RWE Offshore Wind GmbH is seeking an HV Systems Expert CCR to support the central control room for offshore wind farms. The role focuses on safe, standardized, and efficient operation of high- and medium-voltage systems and wind turbine monitoring, with ongoing process improvement. Responsibilities include coordinating with transmission system operators and internal/external stakeholders, defining and optimizing switching, operating, and release processes in coordination with the responsible electrical engineer, supporting and developing HV operators across shifts, delivering training and qualification measures, and acting as key user for SCADA and control systems. The position also involves supporting implementation projects such as new wind farm commissioning, analyzing incidents and deviations, and driving corrective improvements.
