RWE Offshore Wind GmbH is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager for an offshore wind project in Japan. The role focuses on coordinating project-specific Transport & Installation concepts, execution strategies, and delivery programmes, ensuring construction readiness, managing risks and interfaces, and supporting safe, efficient delivery of the offshore wind farm. Responsibilities include coordinating resources and package teams, managing critical interfaces, supporting tender evaluations and contract negotiations, leading planning and coordination meetings, and monitoring execution against the agreed T&I concept. Requirements include experience with complex project strategies and schedules, stakeholder and interface management, offshore installation activities, HSE principles, and relevant engineering, construction management, logistics, or related experience. Experience in offshore wind, marine construction, or major infrastructure projects is preferred.
