RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a full-time, permanent Manager, O&M Region West in Westminster, California. The role is responsible for the safe, reliable, and compliant operation and maintenance of renewable energy generation projects, including supervising plant personnel, managing daily operations and maintenance, supporting plant performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures. Responsibilities also include plant operations oversight, preventive and corrective maintenance, budget and contractor coordination, technical reporting and analysis, and acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires extensive experience in operations and maintenance, leadership, renewables plant management, substation equipment, NERC compliance, SCADA/DAS/CMMS systems, and knowledge of solar and battery plant equipment.
