OSS Contracts Manager for a major offshore wind project based in Ireland. The role involves contract management across the full project lifecycle, including change and claim management, tender package strategy, PQQ and tender support, proposal evaluation, commercial and contractual oversight, stakeholder management, contract compliance, variation assessment, dispute resolution, data analysis, reporting, and monitoring scope of works. Requirements include a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 15 years' experience in contracts management for large offshore wind projects, experience with offshore substations, transport and installation, offshore and onshore HV equipment, and onshore compensation compound substations, plus knowledge of FIDIC yellow and silver contracts. Utilities or public sector tendering experience is an advantage.
